Best Residential Architectural Design
Each person, each agent, has their own idea of residential architectural
design and ways of living the house and spaces according to their needs,
taste, culture and personal experience, for this reason, our way of designing starts from a comparison with the client to get to know each other
and discover needs, habits, requests, aspirations and details to be translated into an architectural project.
Often the house is interpreted as a refuge, a protected place where you can rediscover your own well-being in the home environment
that we translate into living comfort through architectural spaces, thus interpreting the words and concepts that users express to us.
Let’s try to translate dreams into reality. How many times will it have happened to us to enter a residential environment and think
how beautiful and welcoming it is?
But do we know how to interpret the reasons?
The welcome and harmony of a place as well as the feeling of well-being are our professional task that develops not only in the architectural project
but also in the interior design component with the tailor-made design of floors, furnishings, lights, colors of the environments,
which are the result of continuous contact and exchange of information with the client.
We believe it is essential to understand the customer’s needs, needs, habits, expectations and realize them in a single and engaging
project residential architectural design
How we design.
After the first phase of knowledge and sharing of a draft of the preliminary
project, our work evolves in small phases consisting of moments of meeting
and sharing with our work team by viewing and approving the preliminary
drawings, rendering and graphic simulations and the Executive Project.
In the subsequent phases, any changes or necessary changes that require an update of the design process are reviewed.
Experience teaches us that during the construction work, the customer may
have second thoughts, doubts or changes in the way of living the
environments, the choice of materials, the finishes, for this reason, we are
prepared to face together with the client an updating of the project with
specific inspections aimed at clarifying doubts, problems or new needs. Until the final stage.
Residential Architectural Design
Our vision of architecture does not only want to refer to the design of the
building envelope , to the proportions, to the light, to the solar orientation,
but also to the setting up of the rooms, to the furnishings, to the colours of
the walls, to the floors, to the lights to build that feeling of well-being and emotion you want.
We follow the customer in the choice of finishes, designing furniture, floors, lighting, external construction details such as gardens
and swimming pools, making a series of graphic simulations to define the internal and external residential architectural design
And to achieve them with satisfaction, in addition to designing them, we provide technical support in the choice of all the finishes,
taking care of relations with the chosen artisans and supplier companies.
For us at the Studio it is a new way of designing, refined and improved over time with the aim of quality of work and service at
all stages of the process, from design to delivery of the work.

Building a House in Thailand; What You Need to Know
The project consists of a new residential, commercial and service complex, with a built area of 250,000 m2 on a plot of 80,000 m2. Facilities include hotel, spa, restaurants, shopping mall, offices, indoor sports facilities, clinical testing center, lap pool and auditorium.
The intervention area is located in the south-east of the city. The project responds to the client’s request for a high-density complex but at the same time aims to create an urban condition of high quality and comfort for both public and private spaces, producing a benefit for the neighborhood for the city of Tirana.
The aim of the project was to produce spaces with their own marked formal identity without ever coming to consider them autonomous, but inserting them in an immediate dialogue with the context with the aim of extending the field of interference of the project to a significantly wider.
This search for a strong identity, which responds to a purely urban need, was subsequently combined, down the scale, with the maximum promotion of difference as a social as well as an architectural value.
As a result of the process, urban design was obtained as the sum of systems – in-line and tower buildings, horizontal and vertical connections, plates, bridges, overhangs, etc. – the architectural design as the sum of components of matrices – typologies, facades, roofs etc.
